Alfred L. Renfro





Alfred L. Renfro was born July 15th, 1917in Wilson, Oklahoma to Robert and Suzanne (Denninson) Renfro. They moved to Jackson County when Alfred was 3 years old. He married Nina R. Merchant who preceded him in death in 1975. On June 2, 1979 he married Nona J.ean Talley. Alfred was a farmer and also worked for Jackson County . He was a Veteran and was Post Comander of Duke American Legion #329. He was a member of the Duke First Baptist Church.

Alfred is survived by his wife Nona of the home in Duke, Three children, Joe, Lisa and Carolyn and stepchildren, Randy, Wilson, Stephen, Debra and Janeen.

Services for Alfred L. Renfro are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 11th, 1982 at the First Baptist Church, Duke, Oklahoma with Rev Keith Bruce and Rev. Everett Smalts officiating. Burila will follow at Rock Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
