Obituary for Alger Mitchell
Funeral services have been set for Mr. Alger Mitchell, age 62, life long resident of Eldorado who died early Monday afternoon following a lengthy illness. Born September 3rd, 1916 in Eldorado, Mr. Mitchell has lived and farmed in the Eldorado community most of his life.

Services have been set for 2:00 P.M., Wednesday at the Eldorado Church of Christ, officiated by Bill Osborne and Mark Legg. Burial will be in Eldorado Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Survivors include: his wife, the former Lovice Moore of the home; one son, Eddie Wayne Mitchell of Eldorado; one daughter, Jo Ann Burns of McAllen, TX; three brothers, Cecil Mitchell of Eldorado, Jimmie Mitchell of Eldorado and Gus Edward Mitchell of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Fay Brittenham of Litchfield Park, AZ and Virginia Henley of St. Petersburg, FL; three grandchildren, Cindy Jo, Lisa Mitchell and Jason Burns.
