Obituary for Angela Rose Moffa
Angela Moffa, age 92 passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2005 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital.
She was born to Joseph and Maria (Paseralla) Secondo on May 31, 1912 in New York City, New York.
On February 16, 1941, Angela married James Joseph Moffa in Woodside, New York.
She was raised at St. Francis Home in New York City after her mother's death. She began her career as a manicurist and then later became a dietary worker where she worked from September 1969 until October 1981 at the Southside Hospital in Bay Shore, NY. She loved cooking for her family, playing Bingo and sewing.
Angela is survived by her daughter, Mary Lambert and husband Anthony of Altus, Oklahoma and two grandchildren; James Anthony Lambert and Anne Mary Lambert of Norman, Oklahoma.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband james on February 6, 1998, one daughter, Angels Cozelino, one brother; Michael Secondo and one sister; Rose Secondo.
Celebration of Life Service for Angela Moffa will be held Friday, March 18, 2005 at 2:00 pm at the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Doug Burr officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
