Obituary for Ascension Rosales
Mr. Ascension Rosales, age 81, a long time resident of Blair, died Friday evening at Jackson County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services have been set for 2:00 P.M. Monday at the Blair United Pentecostal Church, officiated by the Reverend Billy Hudson. Burial will be in Blair Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born May 9, 1901 in Mexico, he had lived and worked in the Blair area for the last 27 years. He was a member of the Blair United Pentecostal Church. His wife, the former Francisca Montez died in 1972.

Survivors include: four sons, Pablo, Ruperto, Elias and Emilio Rosales, all of Blair; two daughters, Trinidad Saldivar of Taft, TX and Aurora Magoon, Robins Air Force Base, GA; 34 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.

The body will lie in state at his home in Blair, until one hour before funeral time.
