Obituary for Ausie R. (Buddy) Patterson
Mr. Ausie R. (Buddy) Patterson, age 43, of Altus, OK, died Tuesday, August 19th, 1968, at the Veteran's Hospital in Oklahoma City.
Funeral services will be held at Tims Chapel, Thursday, August 22, 1968, 2:30 P.M., with the Reverend Hoyett Lemmon officiating. Burial will be in the Altus City Cemetery under direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Mr. Pattertson was a Veteran of World War II for 7-1/2 years. He belonged to the V. F. W. and the American Legion.
He is survived by: one daughter, Mrs. Patsy McCormick of Shefield, AL; two sons, Ausie Jr. and Frank, both of Altus; his Mother and Father, Mrs. Lola Pillow of Altus and George Patterson of Leighton, AL; two grandsons; four brothers, George Patterson, Jr. of Altus, Charlie Patterson, James Patterson and Billy Patterson, all of Livermore, CA; two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Mae Scott of Muscle Shoals, AL and Barbara Teakell of Lubbock, TX.
