Bertha P. Rooker age 86, of Guthrie, Oklahoma, died December 25, 1968 in Guthrie. She was born September 16, 1882 in Bowie, Texas to Dr. Clark. She married R.A. Rooker January 27, 1929. She had been a resident of southwest Oklahoma from 1916 until 1960 before moving to Guthrie.
Funeral services for Bertha P. Rooker are planned for Saturday, December 28m 1986 at 10:00am in the Tims Chapel, Altus, officiated by Rev. Thurman Hitchcock. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Bertha P. Rooker is survived by three sons, James Rooker, Puyallup, Washington; Charles Rooker, El Paso, Texas; Robert Rooker, Altus, Oklahoma; one daughter, Kathleen Schnorenberg, Altus, Oklahoma; fifteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildern.
