Bessie Lee Bailey age 73, of Blair, Oklahoma died December 2, 1967 in a nursing home in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born June 28, 1894 in Texas to Will and Euna (Blakely) Elms. She married Earl Bailey, he preceded her in death December 4, 1967.
Funeral services for Bessie Lee Bailey are scheduled for 4:00pm Monday, December 4, 1967 in Tims Chapel, officiated, by Rev. C. L. Abercrombie. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Bessie Lee Bailey is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Charlie Bell Briggs, New York; three brothers, Virgil Elms, Blair, Oklahoma; Johnny Elms, Carlsbad, New Mexico; Woodrow, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; three sisters, Maude Timmins, Wichita Falls, Texas; Esker Reeser, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Verna Flippins, Mena, Arkansas; four grandchildren.
