Mrs Beulah M. King, 617 West Pecan, died Sunday, January 20, 1985 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital, following a brief illness.
Born September 21, 1917 at Mangum, Oklahoma, she was a resident of Altus for the past 47 years. She was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church for the past 45 years. There she served as a usher and missionary.
She leaves to mourn one daughter, Mrs Willie Mearl Reynolds, here; one sister, Mrs. Margaret Fields, here; two grandchildren, Mrs
Reta Lawson, Freehold, New Jersey and mr. Harold Robinson, Oakland, California, one grandson-in-law, Rev. William Lawson, Freehold, New Jersey; one granddaughter-in-law, Mrs. Cora Robinson, Oakland, California; six great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
Services will be held at the Macedonia Baptist Church, Altus, Thursday, January 24, 1985 at 11:00 a.m. The viewing will be Wednesday evening at Macedonia Baptist Church at 7:oo-9:00 p.m. Tims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangement with burial at Altus Cemetery.
