Obituary for Billie Joe Lawrence
Graveside Services for Billie Joe Lawrence, age 65, of Clinton, Oklahoma, formerly of Altus, are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Altus City Cemetery. Chaplain Kenneth Stone will officiate.

Mr. Lawrence passed away November 22nd, 1994 at the Clinton VA Home. Mr. Lawrence was born April 2nd, 1929 in Clarendon, Texas to E.L. and Laura (Thomas) Lawrence. Mr. Lawrence had served in the United States Air Force for 26 years before retiring in 1976. Mr. Lawrence was a life member of the VFW.

Arrangements will be under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.

Survivors include: five children, Billy Lawrence, Dennis Lawrence and Dianna Lawrence, all of Washington, Linda Taylor of California, and Gaila Austin of Colorado; one brother, Rex Lawrence of Colorado; one sister, Joyce Underwood of Texas; several grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by: his parents.
