Survivors include: one son, Harry Ira Patrick of Lithia Springs, GA; one daughter, Frances Patrick of Lithia Springs, GA; two sisters, Frances Costigan of Oklahoma City, OK and Evelyn Kulesa of Rome, NY; a dear friend, Mary Barnett of Altus, OK; five grandchildren.
