Little Billy Joe Rutledge died shortly after birth on September 10th, 1967. His parents are Joseph R. and Karen (Cornell) Rutledge of Altus. Oklahoma Billy is survived by his parents, Grand parents: Mr and Mrs Regniel Rutledge of Altus and Mr and Mrs Odie Cornell of Oklahoma City. Great Grandparents, Mrs. W. H. Rutledge and Mrs. Cline.

Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Monday, September 11th, 1967 at Tims Chapel of Memories with Rev. C. . Abrucumbie officiating. Burial will follow at the Altus City Cemetery, Baby Land, with Tims Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
