Obituary for Billy Ray Loftis
Graveside Services for Billy A. Loftis, age 65, have been scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Altus City Cemetery with Father Jacobi officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.

Mr. Loftis was born December 31st, 1932 in Altus, Oklahoma. He was the son of Leo and Maudie (Russell) Loftis. He lived his entire life in Altus except for the time he served in the U.S. Army. While in the Army, he served in the Korean conflict. Mr. Loftis was a member of the Prince of Peace Catholic Church. He was also a member of the VFW Post #4876.

Billy Loftis is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, J.L. and Irma Loftis of Lone Wolf, OK; a sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and George Kirkland of Altus, Oklahoma; by two nieces, Pam and Danny Smith of Blair, OK and Kay and Terry Callen of Altus; and by three great-nieces, Jennifer, Jaclyn and Emily, all of Altus.

Mr. Loftis was preceded in death by his parents.
