Obituary for Bobbye Atchison
Bobbye Muse Atchison was born August 3, 1931 at Hess, OK. She died May 23, 1992 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. She married Rudy Marple February 23, 1948 and he preceded her in death in June 1973. She married James Atchison January 1, 1975 in Olustee, OK. She farmed and ranched with her husband, she was a lifelong resident of Jackson County, and member of the Olustee Methodist Church.
Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 25, 1992 at the Lowell Tims Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Phelps and Sonny Tims officiating. Interment will be in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.
Survivors include: her husband, J.M. Atchison of Olustee, Oklahoma; two children, Randy Marple and wife Gema of Altus, OK and Terri Hatton and husband Mark of Altus, OK; five sisters, Opal Hooper of Elmer, OK, Billie Allen of Athens, TX, Odessa Cot Alexander of Bethany, OK, Betty Alexander of Altus, OK and Neg Brown of Olustee, OK; eight grandchildren, Kevin Marple, Tracy Marple, Jody Marple, Keri Marple, Toby Hatton, Jimmy Atchison, Mikey Atchison and Sarah Atchison; three step-children, Kevin Atchison, Marla Atchison and Jay Atchison.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, O.W. and Julia Muse; one brother, O.W. Muse, Jr.
