Brenda Ann Bennett was born April 14, 1947 in Altus, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of the late Cloyce and Audine (Humphrey) Collier. She died July 6, 2004 in Cushing, Oklahoma.
She married Larry J. Bennett in February 1981 and they made their home in Cushing, Oklahoma. She graduated from Altus High School in 1965 and then attended WOSC. She was a member of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed her friends and family.
Survivors include: husband, Larry Bennett, Cushing, Oklahoma; Mother-in-Law, Edna Bennett, Altus, Oklahoma; Sister-in-Law, Sue Overstreet, Altus, Oklahoma; one sister, Donna Sisk and husband Kenneth of Altus, Oklahoma; two nephews, Thomas Overstreet, North Carolina and Darren Sisk and wife Connie of Altus, Oklahoma; two nieces, Angie Jones of Altus, Oklahoma and Misty Sisk of Altus, Oklahoma; 7 great-nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents and Father-in-Law, Tom Bennett. Graveside services for Brenda Ann Bennett are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 8, 2004 at the Altus Cemetery with Bud Adkins officiating. Arrangements will be under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home in Altus.
