Obituary for Calvin William Rice
Mr. C. W. Rice, age 58, formerly a long time resident of Altus, died Wednesday evening at a McAlester Hospital of an apparent heart attack.

Failing health required him to retire and he moved to McAlester a short time ago. For a number of years he was a representative of the National Life & Accident Insurance Co. in Altus.

Funeral services for Mr. C.W. Rice are pending with Lowell Funeral Home.

Survivors include: his wife, the former Thelma Spencer of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Shirley Edwards of McAlester; three brothers, Kenneth Rice of Altus, Loyd rice of Edmond, OK and Richard Rice of Oklahoma City, OK; two sisters, Mrs. Mildred Daniel of Oklahoma City and Mrs. Gloria Kovar of Altus; two granddaughters.
