Carl was a 32 degree Mason and a Shriner He was a retired Civil Engineer with the Army. He is survived by his Wife Pauline Bailey Kelley of the home in Junction City, Kansas, three daughters: Mrs, Patty Lee Lind, Evanston, Illinois, Mrs. Lorna Strout, Carlinville, Illiois and Mrs Alice Hartley, Litchfield, Illinois. One Son, Carl Alfred Kelley of Lake Park, Florida and one sister, Mrs Elizabeth Clemmons of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
