Obituary for Cathryn Ozelma Fowler
Cathryn Ozelma Fowler, age 67, of Route 1, Altus, passed away Thursday night at Sayre Memorial Hospital. Services have been set for 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 9th at the First Baptist Church, officiated by The Reverend Keith Wiginton. Burial will be in the Eldorado Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.
Born January 19, 1920 at Eldorado, she was the daughter of Ephraim and Francis Cain. She married J.C. Fowler on August 19, 1941 in Eldorado. Mrs. Fowler was an active member of the First Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for many years. She was also a member of the Ozark Homemakers.
Survivors include: her husband, J.C. Fowler of the home; one son, Kenneth Fowler of Altus, Oklahoma; four daughters, Doris Christenson of Weatherford, OK, Donnie Brinkman of Oklahoma City, OK, Denise Phillips of Weatherford, OK, and Teresa Butchee of Blair, OK; one brother, Tommy Cain of New Braden, TX; two sisters, Beth Hutchinson of Eldorado and Eph
Ella Glasgow of Carmel, CA; 11 grandchildren.
