Obituary for Chester Earl O'Bannon
Mr. Chester Earl O'Bannon, age 63, long time resident of Eldorado, died Tuesday at Lawton Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services have been set for Thursday, 2:00 P.M., at the Church of Christ in Eldorado. Burial will be in the Eldorado Cemetery under direction of Lowell Funeral Home.
Born February 15th, 1913 at Valliant, OK, he was married in 1936, in Valliant, to Robbye Collie, who survives him of the home. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors in addition to his wife include: two sons, Buddy O'Bannon of Woodward, OK and Edwin O'Bannon of Duncan, OK; five daughters, Mrs. Beulah Swain of Altus, Mrs. Inez Deal of Shattuck, OK, Mrs. Carol Dills of Olustee, Mrs. Terry Nelson of Sherman, TX and Miss Nancy O'Bannon of the home; one brother, Mr. Billy Ray O'Bannon of Valliant, OK; six sisters, Maxine Gamble of Moore, OK, Oleta Parker of Oklahoma City, Beulah Honeywell, Mary Jo Finnell, Betty Magby, Dixie Stafford, all of Valliant, OK; seven grandchildren.
A son, Joseph Ronald O'Bannon died in 1968.
