Obituary for Clara Mae Jackman
Clara Mae Jackman, age 80, passed away early this morning at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital.

She was born in the state of Texas on June 17th, 1905 and moved to Granite, OK with her parents when she was a young child.

In 1921 she was married to Ross Jackman in Altus where they made their home. Mr. Jackman preceded her in death in 1957.

She was a member of the Erolethian Club and was a very active member of the Altus Flower Club where she served as a flower judge, serving in that position on a state wide basis.

Funeral services have been set for Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 P.M. in the Lowell Memorial Chapel with the Rev John Welch officiating. Burial will be in the Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Survivors include: one son, Richard R. Jackman and daughter-in-law Mary Dobbs Jackman; one granddaughter, Judy Jackman Gordon; one grandson, Robert Ryan Jackman Gordon, all of Amarillo, TX; a niece, Doris Scott of Eldorado, OK.
