Clayton Charles Thompson


Clayton Charles Thompson, 69, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, July 29. Services will be held 10:00am Monday, at the First Baptist Church, with Sonny Tims officiating.

Interment will follow in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.

Mr. Thompson was a native of Wichita Falls, Texas. He married Helen Parker September 1, 1947. They established a home and dental laboratory business in Vernon, Texas, later moving to Altus in 1949. He operated his dental business for many years.

Mr. Thompson is survived by his daughter, Janis Drury, three grandchildren, Jason Drury, Marc Thompson, Leslie Ann Thompson.
