Obituary for Dante Lamont Bridges
On January 28, 1984, in Altus, Oklahoma Ulysees Jr. and DeLisa Bridges were blessed with a
beautiful "baby boy" Dante' Lamont Bridges. Dante' was his parent's pride and joy.
Dante' was a loving son, brother, father and friend. Dante' attended Altus Public Schools and
graduated with the class of 2002. Dante' was a student-athlete, he played basketball, baseball,
and football beginning in elementary school up until he graduated from high school. He played
an integral part in his role as a running back helping the Altus Bulldogs football team go to the
state championship in 2002. Dante' worked at Bar-S and JD Landscaping a portion of his adult
life.
Dante' loved all sports, but he loved watching his favorite teams the Dallas Cowboys and the
Oklahoma Sooners. Watching sports with his parents was one of his favorite things to do. On
any given Sunday you could find Dante' with his parents watching the Dallas Cowboys. Dante'

Bridges, Grandfathers, William Hawthorne Sr. and Golden Hildreth. Uncles, Jimmy Carl Bridges
