BRANCH

Dean M. "Dee" Branch, age 64, of Amarillo, Texas passed away early Thursday morning, February 16, 2012, at Odyssey Hospice, in Amarillo.

Dee was born on August 13, 1947, in Mangum, Oklahoma to John "Red" and Deana (Hill) McDonald. She married Gary Branch on Dec. 27, 1973, in Groom, Texas. Dee attended Hobart High School, was very active in various patriotic activities throughout her lifetime, loved to crochet, and play games with her online family.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kelly Renae; granddaughter, Arianna Kashea; three brothers and one sister. Survivors include her husband, Gary Branch, of Amarillo; three daughters, Kim Pina and husband Tom of Amarillo, Kristy Lehman and husband Rodney of Dalhart, Karmen Northcutt and husband Jerry of Panhandle; one son, Gary Paul Branch Jr., of Amarillo and eight grandchildren, Austria, Kaleb, Maggie, Hannah, Mattie, Mallie, Maccie, and Vance.

The family would like to give special thanks to Odyssey Hospice for their caring and amazing staff.

Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. Friday Feb. 17, 2012, at the Jester, Oklahoma Cemetery. Memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday Feb 18, 2012 at the Elks Lodge, 932 Clyde St. Amarillo, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Greer Funeral Home of Mangum, Oklahoma.
