Obituary for Debra Ann Mullins
One June 28, 2021, Debra Ann Mullins passed away at her home surrounded by her family. Debra was born on August 17, 1956 to Floyd and Jessie Hayward. The family grew up in Elk City, Oklahoma. Debra and George were united marriage in 1982. She moved to Mangum and became a pharmacy tech at Puckett’s Pharmacy and retired in 2018. Debra’s favorite activities included spending time with her family- especially her grandchildren, attending garage sales, and going to the casino. Debra loved her family and friends deeply and will be greatly missed.
Debra is preceded in death by her parents; Daughter, Misty Lee Woodard; Three brothers, Billy Ray Hayward, Larry Hayward, and Rickie Allen Hayward, Sr.
Debra is survived by her husband George Raymond Mullins, Jr.; daughters, Christi Ann Woodard of Mangum, Oklahoma, April Michelle Luckinbill of Mangum, Oklahoma and Linda LeaAnn Ray and husband C. W. of Wanette, Oklahoma, Jessie Renee Mullins and husband BeJay Despain of Arapaho, Oklahoma, and Jerrica Dawn Greer and husband Bryan of Erick, Oklahoma; Twelve grandchildren; Karli Ann Pena, Destanie Shiann Elliot, Seaerra Shaylynn Hall, Emilee Breann Heider, Raelynn Marie Luckinbill, Ryanne Morgan Luckinbill, Brendynn George Greer, Brayden James Greer, Bryer Lane Hamlett, Brantlee Jean Despain, Braeyia LeeAnn Greer, and Ian Mitchell Ray; Two great-grandchildren; Sophia Pena and Isabella Pena; and a host of other extended family members and friends.
A memorial will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday July 17, 2021 at the Old Town Museum Chapel in Elk City, Oklahoma.
Cremation are under the direction of Greer Funeral Home, Mangum, Oklahoma.
