Obituary for Donald Gleen Weddle
Donald Gleen Weddle, age 52, a former long time resident of Eldorado and Vernon, TX, passed away early Friday morning in Houston, Texas. Funeral services have been set for 2:00 P.M., Monday afternoon at the Eldorado First Baptist Church with the Reverend Kenneth Coleman officiating. Burial will be in the Eldorado Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.
Mr. Weddle was born to Dan and Connie Weddle on July 29th, 1932 in the same farm home where his father, Dan, was born and where his brother, Jimmy, now lives, east of Eldorado. He was married to Josie Mae Zajicek in Vernon, Texas on November 22,1952.
Survivors include: his wife, Josie, of the home in Houston; three sons, Robert Glenn, Ronnie Dale and Donald Wayne Weddle, all of Houston, TX; one brother, Jimmy Weddle of Eldorado; his father, Dan of Eldorado; two grandsons, Dwayne Austin Weddle of Dewitt, AR and Daniel Wayne Weddle of Vernon, Texas.
He was preceded in death by: his mother in 1976.
