Dorothy Irene Schmiedel 65, formerly married to Delma (Chad) Chadwick passed away at her home Saturday. She was a long time resident of Altus. Born in Duke, Oklahoma in 1922 she recently married Al Schmiedel.

Dorothy is survived by two daughters, Judy Baker, Altus, Oklahoma; Christy Standridge, Blair, Oklahoma; three grandsons, robert Duke, Michael Duke, Shawn Kennard, two granddaughters, Misty Standridge, Susyane Standridge, one sister, Haylene Roberts, Altus, Oklahoma.
