Obituary for Edward E. Weber
Edward E. (Gene) Weber was born March 29, 1927 at Cisco, Georgia. He died December 6th, 1992 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. He married Norma Kaufman on December 1, 1944 at Mangum, OK. He served in the U. S. Navy during World War II. He moved to Olustee in 1936 where he farmed and ranched up until the time of his death. He was a long time member of the Olustee Baptist Church, he was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Olustee and now a member of the Altus Lodge. He was a member of the VFW.

Services are scheduled for 2 P.M., Tuesday, December 8, 1992 at the Olustee Baptist Church with Rev. Doug Falknor and Rev. Arol Steverson officiating. Interment will be in the Olustee Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.

Survivors include: his wife, Norma of the home in Olustee; two children, Jackie Kennmore and husband Terry and Randy Weber and wife Sandy, both of Olustee, Oklahoma; three brothers, Kenneth Weber of Denton, TX, Larry Weber of San Bernardino, CA and Bruce Weber of Olustee, OK; two sisters, Gerry Thompson and Wanda Roberts of Altus, OK; two grandchildren, Jennifer and Derrick Latham and Chad and Samantha Weber; two great-grandchildren, Korbin Shane Kennmore and Garrett Chad Weber; mother-in-law, Fay Kaufman of Olustee, OK.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; a grandson, Shane Kennmore.
