Mrs. Ellen Ada Bailey, age 97, of the Altus House Nursing Home, died on November 29, 1968 at the Altus House Nursing Home.

Mrs. Bailey was a member of the Southeast Church of Christ for quite a long time. She had lived in the Altus area since 1923.

She was survived by: one step-son, Joe A. Swindell of Shawnee, OK; one sister, Louella Small of Hallsville, TX; two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
