Eva Lee Parsley age 71, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2005 at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
She was born to Marshall and Bertha M. (Brown) Cooper ib December 16, 1933 in Globe, Oklahoma.
Lee married James "Pete" Parsley, November 8, 1952 in Altus, Oklahoma.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Altus. She loved flowers, gardening, playing with her grandchildren and drinking coffee,
She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Bill Cooper, Doc Cooper and William Cooper Jr. and two sisters, Estell Piercy and Dora Hillbolt.
Lee is survived by her loving husband James "Pete" Parsley, of the home, three children; Jamie Lynn Parsley and wife Marsha of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Marsha Lee Loos and husband Carmen of Altus, Oklahoma and Melody Renee McDaniel and husband Josh of Cache, Oklahoma. One brother, Carl Cooper of Mesa, Arizona, two sisters, Vivian Hartsfield, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, Rachel White of Chickasha, Oklahoma, ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Services will be held Thursday, March 31, 2005 at 2:00 pm at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Jeff Moore officiating. Interment will follow at the Hess Cemetery. Under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
