Obituary for Elva Mae Henderson
Private family burial for Elva Mae "Jackie" Henderson, 72, Altus, Oklahoma will be at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home, Altus, Oklahoma.

Mrs. Henderson died in Altus on April 24, 2015.

Elva Mae "Jackie" Henderson was born to K.E. and Ella Mae (Leonard) Ware in Quanah, Texas on April 15, 1943. She attended school in Quanah before moving to Altus in the early 70's. Jackie was a waitress and a Private Home Health Aide for many years. She enjoyed yard work, shopping, Thunder basketball, her shows and garage sales to "refurbish" things.

She was preceded in death by her parents and four siblings, Alvis Hooie, Ramon Lee Daniels, Edward Ware and Lona Faye Richie; former husband, Sonny Brandon; sister in law, Karen Raspberry and former husband, Arlen Henderson.

Survivors include her boyfriend of many years, James Flowers of Altus; a daughter, Barbara Sunday of Altus; a son Jimmy Brandon and wife Rhoda of Shamrock, TX; four grandchildren, Misty Labonte of New Hampshire, Travis Sunday and wife Jennifer of Altus, Amanda Sunday of Altus and Shelbie Sunday of Michigan; four great grandchildren, Dillon, Zack, Jaci and Tanner; two brothers, Barry Daniels and wife Patsy of Corsicana, TX and Jimmie Ware and wife Doris of Quanah; two sisters in law, Sharon Brandon of Quanah and Brenda Carpenter of Quanah; a special friend, Sharon Holcomb of Houston and many other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
