Obituary for Emma E. McKeaigg
Emma McKeaigg was born in Collinsville Texas on April 13, 1916, to William H. Scare and Francis (Black) Scarce. She moved with her parents to Arapaho, Oklahoma at an early age. Emma graduated from Arapaho High School. Emma and George .. McKeaigg were married on March 7, 1936. They resided in Clinton, Oklahoma until 1941, when she moved with George to Altus, Oklahoma. Emma was a homemaker until her children were grown. Emma was a member of First Baptist Church in Altus since 1941. She worked several years at Collins Auto Supply. Emma and George moved to Enid Oklahoma in 1998 to be near their son, Ronnie McKeaigg and his wife Carolyn.

She id preceded in death by her parents, one son, George Lyle McKeaigg, one brother, Kenneth Scarce.

Emma is survived by her husband of 69 years, George L. McKeaigg, one soine Ronnie McKeaigg and his wife Carolyn, four grandchildren, Kevin McKeaigg og Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kristy Black of Trinidad Texas, Kent McKeaigg and wife Emily of Enid Oklahoma, Kobie Moore and husband Travis of Minneapolis, two sisters, Estella Trapp of Duncan, Oklahoma and Billie Francis Wilks of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and one brother Max Scarce of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Monday, August 21, 2005 at 2:-- pm at Lowell-Tims Chapel with Dr. Jeff Moore officiating. Interment will follow at the Altus City Cemetery.
