Obituary for Emma Mae Smith
Emma Mae Smith was born February 10th, 1897 in Parker County, Texas. She died March 16th, 1992 at Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. She married Junior R. Smith on May 25, 1913 near Warren, OK and he preceded her in death May 5, 1976. She was a homemaker and resident of Jackson County since 1908. She was a long time member of the Blair Baptist Church.

Services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Wednesday, March 18, 1992, at the Blair Baptist Church with the Rev. Keith Barbee officiating. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.

Survivors include: four children, J.B. Smith and Leon Smith of Blair, OK, Beatrice Sloan of Wichita, KS and Esker Smith of Bethany, Oklahoma; 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, J.R. Smith (1976).
