Obituary for Erby S. Hunter
Erby S. Hunter was born November 24, 1901 at Hess, Oklahoma. He died May 10, 1992at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. He married Ruby Mae Peyton October 27, 1928 at Elmer, OK. She preceded him in death October 1, 1978. He was a life long resident of Jackson County where he farmed until he retired in 1966. He was a long time member of the Hess Baptist Church.

Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 11, 1992 at the Hess Baptist Church with Rev. Vernon Tinsley officiating. Interment will be in the Hess Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by: his wife, Ruby Mae Hunter (1978); his parents, Charles and Omega Hunter; five sisters; one son, Dean Hunter.

Survivors include: a son, Erby G. Hunter of Hess, OK; four great-grandchildren, Kristen, Kayla, Cole and Whit.
