Estella Sapata, 29, former resident of Altus died at the Wichita general Hospital in Wichita Falls, Texas Monday morning. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, February 23, at 2:00pm at Lowell-Tims Chapel officiated by Rev. Fernando Casas. Burial will be in the Olustee Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
Estella was born March 26, 1961 in Lamar, Colorado and was the daughter of Roberto G. Rodriguez and Dominga S. Martinez. She had attended the Olustee Schools graduating in 1980. She had been living in Wichita Falls for 6 years where she was a student at Avalon Business School.
Estella is survived by her husband, David Sapata of Wichita Falls, Texas; father, Roberto G. Rodriguez, Wichita Falls, Texas; mother Dominga S. Martinez, Altus, Oklahoma; daughter Cynthia Dominga Sapata, Wichita Falls, Texas; Lucinda Ann Sapata, Wichita Falls, Texas; Lola Sapata, Wichita Falls, Texas; son David Sapata Jr., Wichita Falls, Texas; brothers Robert Rodriguez Jr. Altus, Oklahoma; Dale Robert Rodriguez, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Rufus Rodriguez, Altus, Oklahoma; sisters, Marlene Rodriguez, Altus, Oklahoma; Lupe Rodriguez, Altus, Oklahoma; Lee Ann Rodriguez, Altus, Oklahoma; Diane Recones, Grand Rapids, MI.
