Funeral services for Eva Mae Allen are scheduled for Monday, March 22, 1982 at 2:00 pm at St. John's Baptist Church, Altus, officiated by Rev. C. W. Hurrington. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Eva Mae was born September 6, 1906, in Crockett, Texas to John Henry and Anna Truss. She had been a resident of Altus since 1973, moving to Altus from Hobbs, New Mexico. Mr. Allen preceded her in death. She was a retired beautician.
Eva Mae is survived by one daughter, Florence High, Altus, Oklahoma; one sister, Alma Randle, Altus, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Tommy Duffie Oxnard, California; Donald High Altus, Oklahoma; two great grandchildren, Dana Duffie, California; Derrick Duffie, California.
