Services for Evelyn Huckabay, 76, of Eldorado are scheduled for 2:00pm Friday at the Eldorado Methodist Church with Rev. Elbert Shumaker and Rev. Homer Williams officiating. Burial will follow at the Eldorado cemetery.

Mrs. Huckabay was born June 25, 1914 in New Boston, Texas to Jerre and Willie Hays Shipp. On March 3, 1934 she married Eldes Huckabay in Magnolia, Arkansas. Together they moved to Eldorado in 1934. She was preceded in death by her son Donald Ray Huckabay in 1959.

Mrs, Huckabay is survived by her husband Eldes of the home; daughter, Kay Gibbons, Vernon, Texas; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Huckabay is survived by one son Donald Ray Huckabay July 17, 1959.
