Florence Della Turner, 92 of Blair, Oklahoma died June 7, 1999. She was born to John Isaac and Lela Belle Owen January 8, 1907 at Blair, Oklahoma. She married Luther B. Turner November 17, 1928 at Russell, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, 3 brothers, Tom Will, and Wilburn Owen, also , 3 sisters Emma Turner, Minnie Glazner and Lela Bennett, one grandson, James Price of Choctaw, Oklahoma.
Della was a member of the Warren Baptist Church. She has resided in Mangum, Oklahoma since 1987 with the last 3 years being at the Ogden's Retirement Home.
Della is survived by 2 daughters and their husbands, Betty Jo and Home Price of Choctaw, Ok. Mary Lou and Chester Isbell of Altus, Ok. 2 grandchildren, Mike Isbell of Austin, Texas and Debbie Jo Ingram and husband Mike of Choctaw, Ok. 2 great granddaughters Vanessa and Melissa Ingram Choctaw, Ok. Many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Services are scheduled for 10 am Thursday, June 10, at Lowell-Tims Chapel with Rev. Jack Owen and Rev. Jeffery Owen officiating. Interment will follow at the Blair Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims funeral Home.
