Obituary for Floyd Freeman
Floyd Freeman, age 81, died March 19, 1987 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. He was born in Eldorado, OK on March 1, 1906 and was a son to Walter and Mary McClung Freeman. He was married to Minnie Freeman on August 9, 1941 in Eldorado, Oklahoma and she preceded him in death. He farmed the family homestead until his retirement. He was living at the Altus House Nursing Home since May 1986.

Funeral services have been scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Saturday afternoon March 21, 1987 at the First Baptist Church in Eldorado with the reverends Kenneth Coleman and Bill Osborne officiating.
Burial will be in the Eldorado Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Survivors include: one son, Dale Freeman and daughter-in-law Jenny Freeman of Amarillo, TX; two daughters, Nancy Mason of Canyon, TX and Donna Walker and son-in-law, Delbert Walker of Altus, OK; one sister, Effie Richeson of Eldorado, OK; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
