Obituary for Fred Harvey Renfro
Fred H. Renfro was born January 24, 1920 in Duke Oklahoma. He was he son of the late W.R. and Susie (Dennison) Renfro. He died December 16, 2003 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital.
He married Esther Blanche Weyrick, December 27, 1947.
Fred served in the U.S. Army Air Corp during World War II. He was stationed at Sheppard Field Tx. and Williams Air Force Base in Arizona. He was life long resident of Southwest Oklahoma. He was a lifelong member of the First Baptist Church of Duke. He was a farmer and rancher. He was retired from Oklahoma State University. He was a member of the American Legion Post # 329. Fred loved playing domino's and his life revolved around his family and Fred never met a stranger.

Survivors include his wife Blanche Renfro of Duke, Oklahoma; two sons David Renfro of Duke, Oklahoma, Fred Renfro and Linda of Lubbock, Texas; one daughter Diane Hodges and Jim of Duncan, Oklahoma; six grandchildren; Michael Hodges of Duncan OK., Jason Hodges of Duncan, OK. Krista Hodges of Lawton, OK. Mace J. Renfro, Pilot Point, Texas, Brett A Renfro of Flower Mound, Texas and Shelley Renfro of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma one brother Frank Renfro of Cordell, Oklahoma; two great-grandchildren Ben and Sydney Renfro Flower Mound Texas, several nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends, plus special family member Amanda Irby.
