Obituary for Fredrick Anthony Capers
Mr. Fredrick Anthony Capers, age 71, of 421 S. Willard, died last night at Jackson County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services have been set for 11:00 A.M., Saturday morning at Lowell Memorial Chapel, officiated by the Reverend R. H. Hamilton. Burial will be in Altus City Cemetery under direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born October 14th, 1902 in Watonga, OK, Mr. Capers had lived most of his life in California prior to coming to Altus. He was an instructor for 40 years with the Southern California Pipeline Company until his retirement. He was married in 1957 to Mrs. Pauline Haynes Capers of the home and a member of the First Baptist Church of El Centro, CA.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Kimble and Mrs. Cora Jones, both of San Diego, CA; one sister, Mrs. Mildred Smith of Kingfisher, OK; four grandchildren.
