Services for Gaylon Hall, 65, of Altus who died Sunday night at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital will be Thursday at the Lowell-Tims Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at the Altus Cemetery.
Mr. Hall was born September 23, 1925 in Eldorado, Oklahoma to Martin K. and Ester West Hall. He was a graduate of Blair High School, was a veteran and had been a scout master for the Boy Scouts of America. On December 4, 1949 he married Frances Holt in Gagginwood, California. He had currently been employed as a manager/mechanic at Hall's Auto and Truck Service in Altus.
Survivors include his wife Frances Hall of the home; children, Ernest M. Hall of Stockton, California; Scott T. Hall Lawton, Oklahoma; Derl L. Hall, Lawton, Oklahoma; Dave A. Hall, Altus, Oklahoma; brothers Dan Hall, Sacramento, California; Martin L. Hall, Gorman, Texas; Earl Hall, Mt. Vernon, Missouri; sisters, Lola portwood, Altus, Oklahoma; Odella Dennis, Altus, Oklahoma; Gwen Shirley, Midwest City, Oklahoma; four grandchildren.
Mr. Hall was preceded in death by one brother, parents, one sister.
