George Benson Hawley age 49, of Martha, Oklahoma died October 2, 1967 at his home in Martha, Oklahoma. George was born May 26 1918 in Tipton, Oklahoma to Wade and Georgia (Hooper) Hawley. He served in the Air Force during World War II as a Military Police Man.
He had been a resident of Altus since 1943.

Services for George Benson Hawley are scheduled for Wednesday, October 4, 1967 at 2:00pm in the Baptist Church, Martha, Oklahoma, officiated by Rev. Jack Stanely. Burial will follow in the Martha Cemetery, under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

George Benson Hawley is survived by his wife of the home in Martha; two brother, Wade Hawley Jr., Idaho; Mrs. Sidney Weir, Lindsey, California; Mrs. Luther Bright, Lindsey, California.
