Obituary for George Burlingame
George Burlingame Jr. age 88, died Monday July 8th 2019 at his daughter and son in law's (Sandy and George Garland) home in Cape Coral, Florida. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. July 22nd at Altus Cemetery. Graveside Services Under the direction of Lowell Tim's Funeral Home. George was born July 26th 1930 in Pleasant City Ohio. He married Monnie Louise Sproul on September 21st 1948 in Mertzon, Texas. She preceded him in death February 18th 2006. They were both longtime residents of Altus Oklahoma. He attended the Altus Church of God. He retired with 22 years in the United States Air Force as a M/Sgt. Survivors include his only sibling his sister Marjorie Roller, age 91. Only daughter Sandra Garland, 6 Sons Dennis R Burlingame, George M Burlingame, Clifford W Burlingame, Ralph H Burlingame, Mark A Burlingame, Roy K Burlingame, 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew.
