Glenn was born October 2, 1927 in Friendship, Oklahoma. He married Vera Ann Whitt July 2, 1949 in Altus, Oklahoma. Glenn was a retired fireman and contractor. He was a life long resident of southwest Oklahoma. He served in the United States Army during World War II.
Funeral services for Glenn F. Jackson are scheduled for Friday, June 24, 1982, at 2:00 pm in the Elm & Hudson Church of Christ, Altus, officiated by Bill Osborne and J. C. Hicks. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Glenn is survived by his wife, Vera of the home in Altus; son Craig Jackson, Altus, Oklahoma; daughter, Glenna Lunday, Weatherford, Oklahoma; mother Vera Mae Jackson, Altus, one brother Bud Jackson, Altus, Oklahoma; granddaughter, Jena Jackson.
