Obituary for Guy Thomas Hatton
Guy Thomas Hatton, age 90, of Guymon, Oklahoma, was born March 2nd, 1904, in Elmer, Oklahoma, the son of Isaac Thomas and Inez (Parker) Hatton. He was a former Jackson County resident, moving to Guymon, Oklahoma in 1953 from Texhoma. On November 11, 1933, he and Thelma Cleo Hixon were united in marriage at Blair, OK. Mr. Hatton was an employee of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, retiring in 1969. He was a member of the Methodist Church and the Odd Fellows Lodge. Mr. Hatton passed away, Tuesday, August 16th, 1994, at the Memorial Hospital of Texas County in Guymon.

Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 19, 1994, in the Lowell Tims Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carl McCoy officiating. Burial will be in the Hess Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home, Altus, OK.

The family suggests memorials be given to the charity of your choice.

Mr. Hatton was preceded in death by: his parents; his wife, Thelma in April 1964; one daughter, Nellie Eidson.

Survivors include: one daughter, Latrell Denton and husband David of Guymon, OK; a brother, I.T. Hatton of Portland, TX; two sisters, Agnes Briech of Yuba City, CA and Oleta Fagan of Elmer, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren, Tonda Ani of Guymon, Mike Eidson of Guymon, Denise Meyer of Guymon, Dianne Winchester of Texhoma, Kenny Denton of Texhoma, Denny Denton of Cedar Crest, NM and Kevin Eidson of DeMoines, Iowa; 13 great-grandchildren.
