Obituary for H. B. Simpson
Mr. H. B. Simpson, age 65, of Victory, Oklahoma, died Thursday, March 28th, 1968 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at the Elm & Hudson Church of Christ, Saturday, March 30, 1968, 10:00 A.M. with the Rev. Wallace Gooch officiating and assisted by the Rev. Gary Colley. Burial will be in the Mission Gardens Cemetery in Clovis, NM.
Mr. Simpson was married to the former Nannie Williams February 8, 1930 in Clovis, NM. He had lived in the Victory community since 1930. He was Past Master of the Olustee Masonic Lodge #225.
He is survived by: his wife of the home; one son, H.B. Simpson, Jr. of Zuni, NM; one daughter, Mrs. Betty Johnson of Stillwater, OK; seven grandchildren; his Mother, Mrs. O.M. Simpson of Sanford, TX; five brothers, Roy Simpson of Ft. Worth, TX, Buck of Cleburn, TX, James E. of Marion, KY, Maury of Baker, LA and Charles of San Fernando, CA; five sisters, Mrs. Mary Watson and Mrs. Hester Palmer of Cleburn, TX, Mrs. Lou Jeffers of Rankin, TX, Mrs. Lilly Chaffin of Sanford, TX and Mrs. Judy Hinsley of Riverton, WY.
He was preceded in death by his Father and two brothers.
