Obituary for Harlin (Jack) Allred
Harlin "Jack" Allred, age 84, of Altus passed away Tuesday, May 18, 1999 at English Village Nursing Home. He was born August 24, 1914 in Snyder, Oklahoma to the late J.D. and Lucy (Ferris) Allred.

Jack had lived in the Altus and Jackson County area most of his life. He worked for many farmers in this area until he retired. After his retirement he enjoyed fishing, and tending to his cats. He enjoying spending time with his family and friends. Jack was a member of the Assembly God Church.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, May 21, 1999 at 2:00pm in the Lowell-Tims Funeral Chapel with Rev. Len Gipson officiating. Interment will follow at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.

Survivors include two brothers, Marvin Allred of Altus, Oklahoma, and Curtis Allred of ElReno, Oklahoma; two sisters, Laura Messick and Clara Nolen both of Altus, Oklahoma and a host of nieces and nephews and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and four brothers.
