Haywood Goodlow Haywood Goodlow was born January 5, 1926 at Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was the son of the late Ernest and Arlilia (Gilbert) Goodlow. He died September 9, 2000 in Altus, Oklahoma. Haywood worked for Murray Williams for many years and later at the Altus Cotton Compress, and then at WOSC for 18 years. He was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church. Survivors include 2 Sons Eddie Goodlow Norfolk, Virginia Tommy Goodlow Altus, Oklahoma 1 Daughter Warrenlene Morgan Altus, Oklahoma 2 Sisters Tessie Johnson Lawton, Oklahoma Mary Compton Lawton, Oklahoma 1 Stepson Almondo Wallace San Diego, California 1 Stepdaughter Anita White Altus, Oklahoma 4 Brothers-in-law Albert Patterson, Lamar (Sonny) Patterson, Elijah McKeaver, and Milton Johnson 2 Sisters-in-law Vorice Washington and Jessie Goodlow 8 Grandchildren and 10 Great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. ` Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Thursday, September 14, 2000 at the Lowell-Tims Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Broughton officiating. Interment will follow at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home..
