Hazel Frances Bentley was born June 21st, 1894 in Royce City, Texas to Ed and Nancy (Ables) Savage. She was married to Warren Bentley who preceded her in death in 1966. Hazel worked as a nurse in Altus for years before moving to California. She was of Baptist Faith. She is survived by two sons: Carroll Streetman, Jackson, Mississippi and Claude Russell, Killeen, Texas, two daughters: Mrs Leeta Loveless, Dallas, Texas and Mrs Mattie Lee Russell, Blair, Oklahoma.
and one sister, Mrs Exia Barber of Ontario, California. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, sixteen great, grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.

Services for Hazel Frances Bentley are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 28th, 1971 at the Tims Chapel of Memories with Rev. Keith Wiginton officiating. Burial will follow in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
