Obituary for Helen L. Heeren
Mrs. Helen L. Heeren, age 68, passed away Sunday morning at her home in Olustee. She was born August 11th, 1916 in New York. She was married to Paul A. Heeren who preceded her in death. Mrs. Heeren was a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York and conducted real estate business with her husband until his death. She continued to own and operate the Heeren Agency until her retirement. In 1981 she moved her home to Olustee to be close to her three daughters who live in the area.

She is survived by: three daughters, Helen Brown and Ruth Barton of Olustee, and Joan Wilcoxen of Altus; five grandchildren, David Brown, Paul Brown, Hank Barton and George Barton, all of Olustee and Mary Montelongo of Stillwater, OK. She has three sisters and one brother still living in New York.

The family along with her many Olustee friends will hold a special memorial service at the Olustee First Baptist Church, Tuesday at 6:00 P.M. The family has requested that memorial contributions be directed to the Victory Children's Home.
