Obituary for Herman D. Watts
Mr. Herman D. Watts, age 60, of Martha, OK, died Friday, March 22nd, 1968 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at the Martha Methodist Church, Monday, March 25, 1968, 2:00 P.M., with the Reverend Poe Williams officiating and assisted by Rev. Marion McDaniel and the Reverend John Kirby. Burial will be at the Martha Cemetery under direction of Tims funeral Home.
Mr. Watts was married to the former Lou Whiden Williams November 9, 1935. He had lived in the Martha area all of his life.
He is survived by: his wife, of the home; two sons, Prof. Darrel C. Watts of Ethopia, Africa and Robert B. Watts of Weatherford; two sisters, Mrs. Ross Newton of Brownwood, TX and Mrs. Richard Stead of Stillwater, OK; one brother, Maurice Watts of Chicago, IL.
